Digital Delivery Policy

All products sold by Yibadaiti are digital video courses or downloadable learning materials. We do not ship physical products, and no shipping fee or tracking number is required.

After payment is confirmed, access instructions or a download link will be displayed on the order confirmation page or sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is normally immediate, but payment review or technical issues may delay access for up to 24 hours.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking their spam or junk folder. If you have not received access within 24 hours, contact guoweinan616@outlook.com with your order number. We will verify the purchase and resend the access instructions or provide a working link.

Download links and course access are for the purchaser’s personal use and may not be shared, copied, resold, or redistributed.
